How to evaluate a delivery offer before accepting

Before accepting a delivery, review the pickup, destination, route distance, vehicle requirement, package notes, and displayed payout. A high payout can still be a poor fit if the route leaves you far from your preferred service area or requires equipment you do not have.

Treat the displayed offer as an operational commitment. Accept only when you can reach the pickup and complete the delivery safely.

Check the pickup before traveling

Confirm that the merchant has provided usable access details and a recognizable pickup name. For large buildings, markets, hospitals, or loading zones, a suite number and contact person can prevent avoidable waiting.

If the package description conflicts with the requested vehicle, contact support before accepting or beginning the route. Do not improvise with cargo that cannot be secured safely.

Evaluate the route, not only the mileage

A short route may include difficult parking, stairs, bridges, construction, or a time-restricted handoff. Use the map as one input and apply your local knowledge before accepting.

Weather, daylight, and battery or fuel range also affect whether a bicycle, e-bike, car, or van is suitable for the delivery.

Protect the handoff

Keep the package in the required orientation and avoid combining it with cargo that could contaminate or damage it. At the destination, verify the address and follow the merchant's delivery notes.

When photo proof is requested, capture the package at the correct destination without exposing faces, payment cards, access codes, or unrelated personal information.

Keep payout records

After completion, confirm that the delivery appears in your activity history with the expected payout status. Keep your own mileage and expense records for tax and business planning.
